Wilson L. "Will" Browning, age 75, passed away on April 26, 2024, at Fairfield Medical Center.  Born in Kentucky to military parents, Herbert and Anne (Romack) Browning.  He lived in Japan, Germany, and France.  After returning stateside, he lived in Alabama, Georgia, and Delaware.  Will served in the Army and after attending Franklin University, he joined the Columbus Police Department.  He served in patrol, the mounted patrol, freeway patrol and on the police dive team.  Will was an avid Mason and member of Lancaster Lodge #57 F&AM. He leaves behind his sister, Sheri, nephew, Scott, many friends such as Jack and Pauline Shaeffer, Henry Hunt, Ed and Linda Rannaburger, Mike Fellicia, Dave Van Gundy and neighbors that were always there when he needed them.
